Job Title: Executive General Manager

We are seeking an experienced Executive General Manager to join our team at Time Education Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our organization and implementing our policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years or more of experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. They will be required to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
