Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement methods to achieve work schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff regarding their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Prepare and submit operational reports.
- Compile food order summaries for the chef.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
The supervisor will oversee a team of 3-4 individuals, including:
- General Cook
- Food and Beverage Servers
- Kitchen and Food Service Helpers
This position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
