Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts across Canada. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, increase company exposure, and attract a broader customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Refine and prioritize our markets to expand our global presence and maintain our lead. Develop and execute targeted localised online and offline geographic strategies that align with our brand strategy and resonate locally in key markets.
  • Brand Management: Define market message and deliver supporting tools, including website, product factsheets, press releases, industry publications, and social media. Lead growth and development of all marketing channels, including email, CRM, paid search, SEO, affiliates, partnerships, advertising, direct mail, promotions, events, social media, and display.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the creation, management, and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and meet performance goals. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies within the Canadian market.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and brand management.
What We Offer
