Steinbach, Canada Loewen Windows Full time

Loewen Windows & Doors, one of Canada’s largest wood window and door manufacturers, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their Customer Service Team. Working directly with internal and external customers the Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for supporting Loewen dealers and homeowners while supporting the goals established by the Customer Service Team. This is a full-time position.

***Responsibilities**:

- Support dealers, contractors & homeowners with professional after sales service in a premium market setting
- Resolve customer issues
- Assist in the identification of parts/procedures necessary to resolve customer issues
- Review, negotiate and approve/deny warranty claims
- Process and escalate warranty claims and credit requests based on customer needs
- Communicate professionally with internal and external customers

***Requirements**:

- Experience in a customer focused and fast-paced environment
- Very personable, with extraordinary customer service skills
- Proven ability to problem solve
- Detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, with a proficiency in Microsoft Office

**Assets**:

- Knowledge/experience in window and door industry is an asset
- Experience in call centers or other customer service-oriented workplace
- Willingness to provide excellent customer service
