Position Overview

As a User Support Technician at Deserving Health International Corp, you will play a crucial role in assisting users with their technical challenges. Your expertise will ensure smooth operations and enhance user satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate access to computer networks for users.
  • Assist users facing difficulties with their computers.
  • Utilize user manuals, technical documents, and other resources to research and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain a log of problems and solutions for reference by other technical support personnel.
  • Provide support for business systems, networks, and Internet-related issues as they arise.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and necessary software.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all users.
Supervision

This position does not entail supervisory responsibilities.

Technical Knowledge
  • Proficient in Internet usage.
  • Familiarity with desktop applications.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP protocols.
Tools and Equipment
  • Access to the Internet.
  • Cellular phone for communication.
