This team manages a diverse array of devices, including numerous smartphones, desktops, laptops, and semi-rugged notebooks, ensuring effective support for our mobile workforce. The team comprises multi-vendor contract resources that operate under a collaborative model, allowing for resource allocation across various projects and operational sectors based on expertise and capabilities, with the aim of delivering optimal support to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
BQ INTERNATIONAL LTD. is seeking a qualified Desktop Analyst to join our Deskside Services division. This role is primarily focused on providing support for all end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and software applications.
The successful candidate will also be tasked with researching and recommending technical solutions pertinent to end-user devices.
The essential skills and knowledge areas required for this position are detailed in the attached Appendix C – Supplementary Specifications. The Desktop Analyst must excel in a team-oriented environment and possess strong interpersonal and professional communication skills. Experience in North American job settings is regarded as advantageous for this role. Candidates are encouraged to highlight specific areas of expertise that can enhance our teams and contribute to the success of our projects.
Resources must possess a valid Class 5 Driver's License or equivalent to be eligible for consideration. The role will require on-site presence at BQ INTERNATIONAL LTD. during standard business hours, and the proposed hourly rate should encompass all travel and living expenses (additional taxes may apply). Occasional travel to support various offices may be necessary.
