IT Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy new computers and transfer programs and data from old systems to new.
- Administer end-user accounts and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
- Collaborate with other IT staff to resolve technical issues and improve our systems.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- A commitment to superior customer service and a willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
