Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Processing Team Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our Customer Account Administrators and Video Exception Processors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach team members to ensure they meet performance standards and key objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve data processing efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with the Workforce team to address standards, objectives, and process improvements.
  • Ensure business decisions comply with collective agreements and company policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, well organized, disciplined, and able to prioritize.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, scheduling software, SFDC, SAP, and Strata.
  • Clear understanding of all related workflows to the back office.
  • Flexible to work additional hours when required to meet department objectives.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Excellent work ethics with a positive attitude.
