  • Lead and coach team members to achieve individual and team performance goals.
  • Develop and implement data processing strategies to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with the Workforce team to address standards, objectives, and process improvements.
  • Ensure business decisions comply with negotiated employee/employee collective agreement.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years leadership experience.
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, well organized, disciplined, and able to prioritize.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, scheduling software, SFDC, SAP, Strata.
  • Clear understanding of all related workflows to the back office.
  • Flexible to work additional hours when required to meet department objectives.
