Job Title: General Manager, Trucking Company

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our trucking company's operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring efficient and safe transportation of goods.

Tasks:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or executive staff, delegate authority, and create working conditions
