Key Responsibilities...
- Welcome all customers warmly and courteously.
- Support customers by showcasing products/services, helping them find items, and guiding their purchasing choices.
- Address customer inquiries and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain an appealing sales floor by organizing and rotating stock, discarding damaged or expired items, creating product displays, and pricing merchandise accurately.
- Handle returns and claims appropriately, secure merchandise, identify high-risk items, and uphold a safe working environment in accordance with company policies.
- Receive and organize stock, operate equipment safely, and complete necessary documentation.
- Direct specific service and transaction-related inquiries to a Customer Service Manager as needed.
- Restock merchandise and manage downstocking tasks as applicable. Implement product protection measures when necessary and execute modular setups, including flexible modulars and new shelf displays.
