Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic conditions.
  • Order diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in primary care.
Requirements
  • Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP) degree.
  • Three (3) years of experience working as a Registered Nurse.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS) and Basic Life Support Level C Certificate (BLS-C).
  • Decision-making, communication, leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to competently use computers and software applications.
