As a key member of the team, you'll play a pivotal role in refining trade processes, governance, risk management, and ensuring compliance with regulations across diverse jurisdictions.
- Define and Implement: Develop and execute strategies to optimize global trade processes and systems.
- Collaboration & Adoption: Work closely with stakeholders to champion the adoption of policies and best practices within the organization.
- Risk Management & Analysis: Conduct thorough risk assessments, providing recommendations for operational alignment and mitigation strategies.
- Network Development: Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external partners to foster effective trade networks.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure unwavering adherence to global standards and regulatory requirements within the realm of international trade.
Your Expertise:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in Customs, with a deep understanding of trade regulations.
- Certification in Customs and an established global trade network are highly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and trade systems is required.
