Job Summary
Cameco Corporation is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at our Key Lake operation. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all gasoline, diesel, and propane powered automotive equipment, buses, and recreational vehicles on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on automotive equipment, including inspections and servicing as specified by preventative maintenance work orders
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and assist in the maintenance of other mobile equipment
- Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft
Requirements
- Valid Saskatchewan or interprovincial journeyperson automotive service technician certificate
- Five years related experience in an industrial, mill, or mining environment
- Ford-trained mechanic and Ford Integrated Diagnostic System experience
- Rim and tire safety training
Preferred Qualifications
- Recreation Vehicle Service Technician certification
- Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification
- SAP experience
