Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and prioritize client care activities, providing formal clinical consultations to nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care provided to clients and their families across the continuum of care.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members.
- Develop and implement clinical education programs for nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members.
- Participate in quality improvement and risk management activities for the designated clinical area.
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Three (3) years' recent related clinical nursing experience in the designated clinical area, including one (1) year experience in a supervisory/leadership role.
- Completion of applicable Canadian Nursing Association (CNA) certificate in the designated clinical area.
- Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes.
