Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team at Long & McQuade. As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in finding the right musical instruments and gear to meet their needs
  • Provide product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers
  • Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow up on product orders and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, policies, and procedures
  • Participate in store maintenance and other related tasks

Requirements

  • Must be a musician with a strong passion for music
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is an asset
