Job Overview

At Paladin Security, we are seeking a highly skilled Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective deployment of our Security Officers to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan and manage the scheduling of Security Officers to ensure optimal resource utilization and minimize unnecessary overtime.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules, taking into account contractual requirements, employee availability, and operational needs.
  • Process coverage cancellations and redeploy Officers into open requests, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Scheduling leadership team to ensure schedules are complete and adhere to our contractual obligations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to staff and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain knowledge of Paladin's contractual obligations for the assigned portfolio of sites, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and operational metrics.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-year of experience in the security industry, with a background in scheduling or a related administrative role.
  • Strong computer proficiency in MS Office, with experience in scheduling software an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, problem-solve, and execute solutions, with strong multitasking skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
