  • Maintenance Coordination: Arrange for necessary maintenance and repair work to uphold operational integrity.
  • Problem Resolution: Address work-related issues, providing technical guidance and recommending improvements to boost productivity and quality.
  • Training and Development: Educate team members on their roles and company policies.
  • Work Coordination: Assign, review, and coordinate work among team members.
  • Resource Management: Order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Schedule Establishment: Create and manage work schedules and procedures to optimize workflow.
  • Logistics Supervision: Plan, organize, and oversee the logistics operations of the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Completion of College/CEGEP education.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Language Proficiency: English language skills are required.
