Job Title: Scheduling Clerks Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Clerks Supervisor to join our team at Paladin Security Group Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Scheduling Clerks Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of a team of scheduling clerks. This includes prioritizing tasks, organizing work schedules, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Task Prioritization: Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Work Schedule Management: Organize work schedules and ensure that tasks are assigned and reviewed efficiently.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on team performance and productivity.
  • Training and Development: Recruit, hire, and train staff, as well as arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Resource Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support team operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or coordinating role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
