About the Role

As a Senior ABA Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality ABA services to our clients, including:

  • Consulting with classroom programs to develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies
  • Supporting and training teachers and staff on ABA principles and best practices
  • Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to implement therapy goals and strategies
  • Overseeing programming for clients, including data analysis and program development

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Three to five years of direct clinical experience in behaviour analysis or intensive behavioural intervention
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Natural Environment Teaching, Discrete Trial Teaching, and Precision Teaching
  • BCBA certification or pursuing BCBA certification
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative while still being part of a team
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
