Overview: CB Canada is looking for a dedicated individual to become a vital part of our Facilities Maintenance Team. The ideal candidate will oversee the maintenance operations across our entire establishment, ensuring optimal functionality of all facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Perform repairs and upkeep of equipment, property, and general building maintenance.
  • Assess facilities for safety risks and execute necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintain professionalism while delivering outstanding service to guests at all interactions.
  • Complete assigned work orders efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with management across various levels.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned or directed.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of 4th Class Power Engineering or 5th Class Power Engineering with Refrigeration Endorsement.
  • Strong knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, and general facility repairs.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team environment.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain a GPEB license successfully.
  • Certification in Serving It Right or willingness to obtain it.
  • Commitment to exceeding customer expectations through timely and effective communication.
  • Desire to continually enhance knowledge of products and services to provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills for personal and professional growth.
  • Passion for delivering memorable experiences to guests while striving for service excellence.
