Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

Shri Hari Buildcon Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Project Management: Plan, organize, and control construction projects from start to finish, including preparing production reports, coordinating activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of construction workers, including requisitioning materials and supplies, and coordinating with other departments as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in residential construction, with a strong background in project management and team leadership.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
