Key Responsibilities:- Assess client situations and problems to determine the types of services required
- Plan programs of assistance for clients
- Counsel clients, provide therapy and mediation services, and facilitate group sessions
- Work with clients to identify and achieve their goals
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive services
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
- Experience: Experience working with clients in a group setting
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse populations
The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of in-person and remote work. The position requires a valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
