Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Vention. This role will be responsible for analyzing and improving our go-to-market strategy, working closely with the finance, marketing, and sales leadership to drive business initiatives and optimize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain sales analytics and reporting infrastructure to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sales playbooks and initiatives that drive pipeline generation and conversion.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to sales leadership to improve sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain sales reporting and dashboard infrastructure to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Support the Director of Sales Operations in the annual planning cycle, providing analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales operations role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving sales performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in SQL and quantitative analysis, with experience working with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
