About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rental Service Supervisor to join our team at H.A.L.T. HOLDINGS LTD. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our rental services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to our sales team to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Authorize Payments and Returns: Process payments and returns in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and optimal productivity.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service and promote our rental services to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure efficient stock management.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Team Members: Lead and motivate our team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail or rental services environment
  • Work Setting: Rural area with access to public transportation
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player
