About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at JV Investments Ltd. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area.
    • Sanitize equipment and utensils according to health and safety standards.
    • Dispose of trash and recyclables in a responsible manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service.
    • Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and colleagues.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • Will train on the job.
  • Language and Communication
    • English language proficiency required.
  • Work Environment and Conditions
    • Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
    • Physically demanding with standing for extended periods.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
