We are seeking a dedicated Furniture Mover to join our team at Déménagement Sam Denis. This role involves assisting with the transportation and handling of furniture and other heavy items, ensuring a smooth relocation process for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Safely load and unload furniture and equipment.
- Transport items to designated locations while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
- Ability to handle heavy loads (up to 45 kg / 100 lbs).
- Strong physical stamina and capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle.
- Willingness to undergo a criminal record check and drug test.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts or on-call duties.
This position involves working on the road and may require standing for extended periods. Candidates should be prepared for a physically demanding role that includes repetitive tasks and handling heavy items.
