Your mission will be to implement the vertical pricing to drive revenue and growth while ensuring overall market competitiveness and define the horizontal pricing while ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, fairness of the commercial terms and conditions in line with the distribution's strategy.


We need you for

  • Provide recommendations based on competitiveness analysis.
  • Calculate and deploy the local price list while respecting the pricing corridor.
  • Track and evaluate customer quote activity, quote turnaround times, and win/loss analytics and implement corrective actions for a long loop.
  • Work closely with the legal department to build customer contracts with relevant pricing data – evaluate/revise language & schedule regarding price escalation/de-escalation, inventory terms, most favored price terms, etc.
  • Support customer facing teams in selling value and explaining the pricing cost and structure.
  • Support Sales managers in annual negotiation, multi-year contract.
  • Deploys the price commissioning policy with selected dealers.
  • Performs profitability and value analyses and makes recommendations to support short- and long-term decisions at local, regional and global levels.

What do you need to possess for being successful?

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a certified pricing professionals (CPP) – strong asset.
  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in pricing in a B2B industry.
  • Knowledge about different pricing strategies (Cost plus/Value base pricing etc.).
  • You are experienced with building revenue and/or profitability analysis.
  • You are comfortable with data – mix of hard and soft skill.
  • You are flexible – comfortable working in agile/evolving situations.
  • You have business acumen.
  • You are at ease in a bilingual environment (French and English), so that you can communicate both orally and in writing with your colleagues and our international partners.
