Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Area Manager to oversee the operations of approximately 10 locations. This role is essential in maintaining high standards and achieving operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations.
- Lead and manage staff to ensure exceptional service and adherence to A&W standards.
- Provide coaching and support to enhance customer service quality.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within each restaurant.
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and cost control.
- Monitor labor and food costs to optimize profitability.
- Encourage teamwork to meet service time goals.
- Engage with employees on the floor to foster a supportive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Handle hiring, training, and performance management of staff.
- Perform other operational duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management.
- Experience in quick service restaurant settings is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and food handling certification are required.
