Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bakery Supervisor to join our team at D'Aversa Bros Bakery Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and train staff to ensure efficient bakery operations
- Establish and maintain work schedules to meet production demands
- Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock
- Supervise and coordinate activities of bakery staff to ensure high-quality products
- Manage cash handling and payroll administration
- Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations
- Accurate and detail-oriented with a focus on quality
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Organized and able to multitask with ease
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to make sound judgments and take initiative when needed
Work Environment: Our bakery is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where no two days are the same. As a Bakery Supervisor, you will be working in a team-oriented setting with a focus on producing high-quality products for our customers.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role. You must be able to work 40 hours per week and be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
