About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Cubezix IT Solutions LTD. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to achieve business objectives
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance
    • Prepare and present financial reports to the management team and board of directors
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial objectives
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management
  • Strategic Planning
    • Contribute to the development of the company's overall strategy, providing financial expertise and guidance
    • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, assessing their financial viability and potential impact on the organization
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration
  • Experience
    • At least 3 years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably in a trade or media industry
  • Skills
    • Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to develop and implement financial plans and budgets
    • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of financial professionals
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
