Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Advisor. As a key member of our Investment Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients and Investment Advisors. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and helping to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and Investment Advisors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and help to grow our business through proactive client outreach and relationship-building.
  • Provide exceptional client service and support, including responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our Investment Advisors to develop and implement business plans and client service strategies.
  • Conduct market research and provide regular updates to our Investment Advisors on market trends and investment opportunities.
  • Support the development and implementation of new business initiatives and strategies.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients.

Requirements

  • Approval as a Registered Representative (RR) with IIROC.
  • Successful completion of the Wealth Management Essentials (WME) course or Investment Management Techniques (IMT).
  • University degree.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
