Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Advisor to join our team in Vancouver. As a key member of our Advisory Team, you will play a critical role in deepening client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate meetings and events for the Investment Advisor, including agenda planning, documentation preparation, and post-meeting follow-up.
- Provide exceptional client service with a problem-resolution focus and attention to detail, liaising with various departments as needed.
- Respond to client account inquiries and ensure timely follow-up, as required.
- Contribute to business planning, client segmentation, and client service initiatives.
- Identify and execute opportunities for asset consolidation, referrals, and other growth initiatives among existing clients.
- Support the advisory team and clients through the Wealth Management process, gathering relevant information, coordinating activities, and tracking progress.
- Approval as a Registered Representative (RR) with IIROC.
- Successful completion of the Wealth Management Essentials (WME) course or Investment Management Techniques (IMT).
- 2-4 years or more of professional experience within the investment industry.
- University degree.
- Self-directed individual with a growth and goals-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

The expected base salary range for this position is $38,000 - $55,000, depending on experience, skills, and registration status. In addition, you have the potential to earn considerably more through RBC's robust discretionary bonus program.
