The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor at NEW TECH WINDOWS plays a crucial role in overseeing production processes and ensuring efficiency in operations.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years of relevant experience is necessary.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve production schedules while coordinating with various departments.
- Advise on personnel decisions including hiring and promotions.
- Compile and present production reports and other relevant documentation.
- Propose initiatives to enhance productivity and improve product quality.
- Oversee the setup of machinery and equipment for production.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Manage the requisitioning of materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Responsible for supervising a team of approximately 5-10 individuals.
Work Environment- Engage in repetitive tasks requiring a strong attention to detail.
- Adapt to a work routine that includes a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated judgment and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
- Exhibit flexibility and reliability in work performance.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
