Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team at Red River Transport. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, ensuring the smooth execution of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee the work of truck drivers and other transportation staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop: Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
  • Monitor and Control: Operate and monitor signal and track switch control panels to ensure safe and efficient transportation operations.
  • Coordinate Activities: Schedule and coordinate activities to ensure that our transportation services are delivered on time and to the required standard.
  • Ensure Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our team members are aware of and comply with these regulations.
  • Procure Materials: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required to support our transportation operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
