Tanx Transport Inc. Truck Driver Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team at Tanx Transport Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our transportation fleet, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of our truck drivers, ensuring they are aware of their schedules, routes, and delivery deadlines.
  • Monitor and Report on the performance of our drivers, including their productivity, safety record, and adherence to company policies.
  • Recommend Improvements to our transportation processes and procedures, with a focus on increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Ensure Compliance with all relevant regulations, including those related to safety, security, and environmental protection.
  • Collaborate with Other Teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent position
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English language required
