Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, supply ordering, and equipment maintenance.
- Supervise a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent service and quality food.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as customer service skills.
- Order supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Manage kitchen operations, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent position.
- English is the primary language of work.
- 40 hours per week.
The Executive Chef will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and quality food. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and provide excellent leadership and training to their team.
