Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Producer to join our team at Media.Monks. As a Senior Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of digital advertising assets, managing multiple design and animation projects simultaneously, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet their goals
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Collaborate with designers, animators, and other team members to bring projects to life
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Provide guidance and support to junior producers and team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve project delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in digital advertising or creative production
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time and on budget
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management tools and software
