Senior Producer

At Dentsu Creative, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Producer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the execution and delivery of broadcast, digital, and non-traditional content elements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the production process from initiation to implementation, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with senior-level creative teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
- Source and secure production resources and delivery experts to execute small and large-scale productions.
- Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate project status to internal teams and clients, identifying and resolving issues and risks.
- 5-8 years of agency production experience, with a strong understanding of start-to-finish project tasks.
- Proven ability to manage full client portfolios and negotiate talent contracts.
- Experience in integrated production, including digital and activations, is an asset.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with a wide range of budgets and established relationships with local and out-of-province production partners.
