Senior Producer

Media.Monks is seeking a highly skilled Senior Producer to join our team. As a Senior Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with clients to understand their needs and develop effective production strategies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, animation, and video editing, to deliver high-quality assets.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure seamless communication with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders throughout the production process.
- Identify and mitigate potential production risks, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
- 8+ years of experience in digital advertising production, with a strong background in project management and team leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate production risks.
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as Asana, calendars, Harvest/Forecast, and other relevant software.
Media.Monks offers a competitive salary range of $80,000-$95,000 CAD, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
