About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Big Feet. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing: Greet people and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain work records and logs, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communication: Record and relay information, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer telephone calls and relay messages.
  • Financial Transactions: Calculate billing charges and perform other financial tasks as required.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
