Job Description

Job Title: Secondary Teacher

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Upper Canada District School Board

Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Secondary Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Senior Science - Physics to students at the secondary level.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach Senior Science - Physics to students at the secondary level
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to improve teaching practices

Qualifications:

  • Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) certification
  • Good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers
  • Qualifications in Senior Science - Physics
