We are seeking a skilled Tile Setter to join our team at JY SHINWOO CONSTRUCTION LTD.
Job Summary:The Tile Setter will be responsible for installing ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tiles in various settings, including commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work at heights.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare surfaces for tile installation, including measuring, cutting, and fitting tiles around obstacles.
- Apply adhesives and grout to ensure a strong bond between tiles.
- Install tile strips and mosaic tiles to create decorative designs.
- Cut, surface, and polish marble and granite tiles.
- Mix and lay terra surfaces.
- Install tile and stone flooring and walls.
- 3 years of experience in tile setting or a related field.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Reliability and strong work ethic.
The Tile Setter will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with regular exposure to dust, noise, and physical demands. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
