Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a customer-focused technical, design, and engineering strategy to support our future growth plans.
  • Manage a cross-functional team across the UK, providing guidance and support to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Represent the business through external trade and legislative bodies, utilizing your technical expertise and influencing skills to engage with stakeholders.
  • Drive innovation and operational excellence, leveraging your technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions and improve processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of technical or civil engineering experience.
  • A relevant engineering qualification to degree/chartered level.
  • Experience using design software packages such as AUTOCAD, Revit, or 3D Civils.
  • Previous experience within the drainage, water management, or SuDS sectors is desirable.
