We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Wayback Burgers. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers.
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
- Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers.
- Advise customers on menu selections and make recommendations.
- Clean and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Experience in a food service environment is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
