We are seeking a skilled Server - Food and Beverage Services to join our team at Denny’s Restaurants. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Previous experience in a food and beverage service environment is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
