Customer Service Representative

At CB Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This part-time position will be based in our north Calgary ticket office and will require the ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and evenings, with weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our passengers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Quote fares and rates, assist customers in planning travel times and routes, and make/confirm/change and cancel reservations.
  • Process payments, handle cash, and assist passengers with our online booking process.
  • Greet passengers during check-in, assist with inquiries and luggage storage, and safely embark and disembark coaches.
  • Provide information on company policies and perform a variety of office and cleaning duties.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Open availability required, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and evenings, with weekend availability.
  • Numeracy and oral communication skills, with the ability to work well with others.
  • Superior problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to learn and retain large amounts of changing information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and use of a computer, with a friendly, service-oriented personality.
  • Reliable transportation preferred, as some shifts start early.
