We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Physician to join our team at Aafiyat Medical Centre.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze medical information from patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough examinations to identify diseases and injuries, and develop effective treatment strategies.
- Collaborate with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health, and provide comprehensive care.
- Prescribe and administer medications, as well as order laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures as needed.
- Advise patients on healthy habits, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
- Manage and coordinate primary patient care, including referrals to specialists and other healthcare services.
- College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a large workload
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
