We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Physician to join our team at Aafiyat Medical Services Corporation.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting medical examinations, and developing treatment plans to promote health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and analyze medical information from patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to identify health issues and develop effective treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough medical examinations to diagnose and treat a wide range of health conditions.
- Develop and implement health education programs to promote healthy habits and disease prevention.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic procedures to determine the most appropriate medical treatment.
- Consult with other healthcare professionals to evaluate patients' physical and mental health.
- Prescribe and administer medications and treatments to patients.
- Advise patients on healthcare options and provide guidance on healthy lifestyle choices.
- Coordinate and manage primary patient care to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services.
- College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
