We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Physician to join our team at Aafiyat Medical Services Corporation.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting medical examinations, and developing treatment plans to promote health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and analyze medical information from patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to make informed decisions.
- Conduct thorough medical examinations to identify diseases and injuries, and develop effective treatment plans.
- Provide education and guidance to patients on healthy habits, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic procedures to determine the most appropriate medical treatment.
- Consult with other healthcare professionals to evaluate patients' physical and mental health, and develop comprehensive care plans.
- Prescribe and administer medications and treatments, and monitor patients' responses to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
